Level 1 Krav Maga

This class is designed for people that are new to Krav Maga. In this class, we focus on the basics of combatives, self-defense, mindset and overall aggression. This class is designed to push students both mentally and physically. While our primary objective is always self-defense, better physical fitness and weight loss are secondary benefits. Level 2 Krav Maga

This class will take your training to a new level. You will be trained on gun retention and disarms, advanced combatives as well as more stress scenarios and drills.

Level 3 and 4 Krav Maga

These classes consist of advanced Krav Maga training including gun, rifle, knife, and stick defenses. A high level and high energy class for the serious Krav Maga practitioner.

Level 5 Krav Maga

This class is for Black Belts and higher ranking students only.

Juniors Level 1 (Simi Valley)

This class is for kids 6 to 12 years old. In this class, kids will learn Krav Maga in a systematic and age appropriate progression. Training will cover everything from basic to advanced self defense and scenario drills while also promoting fitness through exercises in class. This is a complete and comprehensive class for kids!

Juniors Level 2-3 (Simi Valley)

This class is for students who have successfully completed the beginner levels of Junior Krav Maga and are now ready for the intermediate level. They will learn more combatives and defenses as well as being introduced to the basics of sparring and grappling.

Little Dragons Krav Maga (Simi Valley)

This class is for kids 3 to 5 years old! In this class, kids will be introduced to the fundamentals of self defense in a fun and easy environment. This class is great for building discipline, focus and self confidence in kids!
