Our Little Dragons

Little Dragons 3-5 Yeras Old

The Little Dragons is a martial arts program specifically designed for children ages three and up. This program focuses on improving your childs listening and motor skills. These skills will help them enter society with more confidence and enthusiasm. There are eight major skills our instructors focus on when training children ages three and up, those skills are: Focus, Control, Balance, Teamwork, Memory, Discipline, Coordination and Fitness. Each stripe belt covers one of these skills with a wide variety of activities that are fun and at the same time educational. All skills are taught in a safe and supervised environment.

Chatsworth Karate Martial Arts Little Dragon Programe is specially designed for the ages of 4-6 with fun, high energy classes and is the perfect choice for your child. It provides a one-of-a-kind choice for parents who wish to make sure that their child's future is one filled with confidence and success, as well as an exciting adventure along the way in a safe environment.

We believe the time between the ages of 4 and 6 are the most important years in a child's development and "Play is my life" is the theme for all our classes which are designed to enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way. These skills will help them enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic outlook. They will become better students at school, better listeners at home and more ambitious towards the future.

Today's martial arts training teaches more than just self defense. It builds confidence, focus and concentration, respect, self control and helps your child prepare for the challenges they'll face the rest of their lives and ready for the upcoming road ahead in school.

The only way to see how great our Little Dragons classes are is to try them out. We invite parents to call our school at: 818-772-2467 to arrange to try our Little Dragons Class and discover the benefits that our Little Dragons Program can offer you and your family. The involvement and support of parents is very important to us, as parents need to be present during the 30 minute duration of the class because of the age of the children. We appreciate the opportunity to work with the most important thing in your life...your Little Dragon!

What would you do in the face of adversity? Do you have the confidence to get out of a threatening situation and get yourself to safety? The SMART Defense of Life program will teach you the necessary skills and help build your confidence so that YOU are your own best defense if something – or someone – goes wrong. Empower yourself and attain a higher level of self-confidence with this one of a kind protection course that will teach you life-saving skills. Courses can be conducted in licensed SMART Defense of Life facilities or on premise at your own facility or place of work.
